The sardines are prepared by hand and complemented with natural ingredients from local producers. They start as sardines caught at dawn and carefully selected to make a canned product that preserves texture and character.
The result is a canned sardine product closely linked to Galician cuisine: simple in origin, refined in its preparation.
Tasting note: A mild start gives way to an intense, authentic sardine flavour with just the right amount of salt. The manual preparation ensures a firm yet juicy texture, with the fish remaining the centre of attention in every bite.
Best enjoyed straight from the can, served as an aperitif or – quite traditionally – with good bread.
Storage
Store in a cool (<35 °C) and dry place. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours.
