Our salt is dried in a solar-powered oven. This preserves the trace elements and the unique crystal structure of the salt. In this way, the salt remains in its natural state - free from chemical changes.
The harvest is carried out by hand according to centuries-old tradition. We deliberately refrain from additives and preservatives to preserve the purity of the salt.
For our fine salt, we use a special solar dryer. The processing takes place in our own workshop, where the salt is carefully ground. When packaging, we work with a workshop for people with disabilities, which underscores our social responsibility.
Our product, a fine, dry salt with a protected geographical indication (PGI) from Guérande, is offered in a practical 150g dispenser. This is refillable and made of recyclable cardboard.
