On Friday, August 7, the traditional new garlic harvest is celebrated in Lautrec in southern France. A wonderful occasion for us to do the same in Wilmersdorf, albeit with just a few days' delay: to complement the fresh, spicy bulbs, from which we will be preparing confit garlic among other dishes, we will serve you our favorite rosé wines.
For you to enjoy at the bar, we will have, among others, well-chilled Alento Rosé, Contraste Rosé, and Rosé de Provence from Domaine de Valdition.
And for those who dress according to the theme, we have a little surprise in store ...
