The soils consist mainly of Miocene sand, some limestone and loam. The wine is grown organically with low yields of 25 hl\/ha and vines that are over 50 years old.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe wine is made from 100% Muscat à petits grains blancs. The winemaking includes a hand-picked harvest, free-run juice and skin contact at cool temperatures, pressing, settling and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures. During fermentation, alcohol is added to preserve the sweetness of the wine. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cblockquote\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe Muscat de Beaumes-de-Venise has a clear golden color with silver reflections and a complex bouquet of citrus fruits, white fruits and white flowers. On the palate it is round and fresh, reflecting the diversity of aromas on the nose. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\n\u003c\/blockquote\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt can be enjoyed as an aperitif and pairs well with Cavaillon melon, foie gras, blue cheese as well as strawberry or apricot tart.
