The grapes were harvested from two vineyards—one in Feiteiras and a smaller, older vineyard located higher up near the estate's main house. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAfter gentle pressing and a 24-hour decanting period to separate the must from the lees, the wine was fermented under controlled conditions at 15 degrees. The final wine consists of a blend of 35% aged in French oak barrels and 65% aged in stainless steel tanks, each for a period of 14 months. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn December 2021, 1,428 individually numbered bottles of this wine were bottled.
